With our network of collaborators we:
We believe communities should be at the center of their own transformation.
Using the Connected Community Approach, we empower people & organizations to build inclusive, collaborative, and sustainable solutions that drive real change.
Despite countless interventions and ideas to address poverty, climate vulnerability, social isolation, and systemic inequities, many efforts remain disconnected & ineffective.
Too often those most affected are excluded from decision-making, deepening inequalities.
Catalysts’ Circle was founded on the belief that stronger, more connected communities lead to a healthier & more equitable society.
