Anne Gloger

Anne Gloger has spent her career delving deeply into the whys and hows of effective community development and engagement. She believes that it is intentional, meaningful and authentic investment in communities, relationships and equitable processes that will create the kinds of transformational change that our world so desperately needs.

Anne supports a wide variety of change catalysts from communities, organizations, institutions and governments, to design and implement strategies that truly centre communities. She does this by leveraging more than 3 decades of work with and in communities, and especially from her roles as founding Director at the East Scarborough Storefront and Centre for Connected Communities.

A passionate & strategic leader, Abhishek is dedicated to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion by dismantling systemic barriers and amplifying underrepresented voices. With expertise in change management, stakeholder relations, and operations, Abhishek's approach is rooted in empathy, cross-functional collaboration, and storytelling that drives meaningful change.

A versatile professional with a background in communications, publishing, content marketing, and nonprofit community work, Alison brings a strong foundation in equity, diversity, social justice, and a global perspective to her work. Alison is deeply committed to fostering inclusive learning and communication through education & media and creating impactful content strategies that engage diverse audiences.

Ana Skinner Cervoni

A seasoned strategist, Ana has expertise in designing funding strategies that empower youth leadership, social inclusion, and accessible postsecondary education. With experience in health, education, justice, and wellbeing, Ana is passionate about making philanthropy and the nonprofit sector more inclusive, while bridging gaps between grassroots organizations and larger institutions.

CCA Catalysts

CCA Catalysts are an eclectic group of consultants who are certified in the use of the Connected Community Approach to advance equity, wellbeing, and resilience goals of their clients. Separately & together, CCA Catalysts help networks of governments, organizations, businesses, and institutions find new ways to contribute to  transformational change with & in communities.

Chanel Grenaway

Chanel Grenaway has over 20 years of experience in building the organizational capacity of non-profit leaders and organizations across Canada. Through equity assessments, facilitation, and coaching she advises teams to build meaningful equity practices that result in more inclusive services and program design. She is passionate about racial and gender equity, and is on a mission to get everyone engaged and contributing to equity in every regard and across every sector.

Gabriela Masfarre Pintó

Gabriela is a strategy designer & facilitator specializing in catalyzing collective processes that advance towards more plural & equitable futures. Gabriela's practice focuses on paying attention to old and new patterns, connecting ideas, synthesizing learnings, and framing pathways locally and globally, and is informed by 10+ years of experience working and volunteering with diverse stakeholders & cultures spanning community, non-profit, philanthropy, business, and government.

Gillian is a globally experienced leader and consultant specializing in impact, social change, and systems transformation. As a former CEO and senior executive in the nonprofit sector, she has led organizations through growth and change, inspiring teams to drive meaningful impact. Today, Gillian continues to advise nonprofits, foundations, governments, & corporations committed to deep social change.

Sabina L. Ansari

Sabina is a social impact strategist and systems leader, with over 20 years of international experience in promoting justice, equity, and a better world for all. In this pursuit, she has worn various hats, ranging from community engagement and relationships to advocacy and sustainability, and culminating in systems-level adaptive strategy. She is skilled in equitable engagement, inspirational facilitation, surfacing insights, navigating complexity, weaving networks, building collaborations, and crafting strategies to help amplify positive social impact. She is a strong believer in community-powered change.

Yulia Pak

Yulia has 15 years of experience in public & stakeholder engagement, specializing in designing inclusive processes that lead to widely supported outcomes. Working primarily with public sector clients across the Americas, she focuses on aligning community values, technical expertise, and public interests. Yulia has co-taught public engagement courses and guest lectured at institutions including the University of Toronto, where she remains actively involved as a board member & mentor.
